The skirt steak is a cut of the flank. Thin, with many fat insertions, very fragrant and with a high degree of tenderness, it has a fringed appearance and contains little intramuscular fat, without sinews, with a pronounced, rich and aromatic taste. Before putting it on the grill, the skirt steak can be marinated.
Minced beef for burgers is formed as a mix of chuck, brisket and shoulder, flavored with just salt and pepper. The burgers are delivered frozen. In the production process, immediately after obtaining the minced beef, burger meatballs enter a fast freezing process that ensures the preservation of all its properties, due to the freezing speed and extremely low temperature. The beef passes through the freezing tunnel in 24 hours, at a temperature between -32°C and -36°C and will then be stored at a constant temperature of -18°C.
Considered a bridge between the sirloin and the round, the rump steak has the highest degree of tenderness and marbling in the round, with a significant layer of fat at the top. It is a cut whose muscles are not so much in motion, hence the high level of tenderness.
With distinct flavours, but all tender and tasty, the cuts in the Grill Pack are suitable for grilling or frying, but can also be prepared as baked steaks.
The cuts are dry-aged and individually packed in vacuum packs. The weights for each piece are approximate and can vary by +/- 5% but in total, the package will weigh at least 3 kg. The packages will be delivered in cardboard boxes and the refrigeration temperature during transport will be ensured by returnable refrigerated boxes.
