HOW CAN I ORDER THE PREMIUM ANGUS?
If you have found a package that you would like to order, book it without creating any obligation by clicking on ADD TO CART. In the next field you will have 2 icons with the signs “+” and “–“. You can choose how many packages you want to order.
You can view all the items you have placed in the shopping cart in the upper right corner by clicking on the “SHOPPING CART“. This way, you can check the order, delete items, or change the number of packages you want. To see the changes, click on the “UPDATE CART” link.
If you have a coupon code, you can enter it in the space provided. By clicking on “COUPON CODE” the total amount will be adjusted.
To purchase the selected products, click the “NEXT STEP” button. This will take you to the ordering process.
As a new customer, you must open a personal account. Here you first enter your personal and billing information. We recommend that existing customers check the correctness of this data before each order. This way you can be sure that the ordered products will be paid for and will reach your desired destination.
If you are a recurring customer, you can simply log in with your email address and password.
DELIVERY DATE AND DELIVERY IN SELF
The next step is to select the desired delivery week and delivery service, courier or personal pickup. If you opted for delivery via courier make sure that the delivery can be made on the date communicated by us, so that you can receive it in person. You will receive a delivery confirmation by email or phone. If you opted for personal pick-up than please come to our office in Sibiu, Octavian Goga Street, no.1 (entrance from Anghel Saligny Street) and call Angus Group. After you will receive the confirmation that the order has arrived you can come Monday to Fridays from 08 to 16 o’clock.
Orders must be placed online, by phone or by email and will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Now we need the information about the payment process. Existing customers are asked to check that all information is still valid. New customers have the option to choose their preferred payment method and specify the appropriate dates.
OVERVIEW OF THE ORDER
Before placing the final order, please consult the overview and check again the planned order dates (in particular, the billing dates and delivery address, product, price, quantity, payment method,…). Here you can again correct or change the data once more by clicking on each small pencil to the right of the data.
You can print the order information file from the link provided. You will also automatically receive an email confirmation. In the mail and on the link you can find details about your order.

After processing your order, you will receive a final order confirmation by email. This confirmation ensures that we have analyzed your order and that we can fulfill your wishes.
An e-mail information you receive from us when your products have been packaged and are ready for delivery. You will receive the confirmation email regardless of whether you have opted for personal pick-up or courier delivery. If you have chosen to send the order by courier, you will receive from us the AWB number with which the order taken by the courier left. With this AWB number, you can always view the current status of the shipment.
The invoice is included in the package; If you specify an invoice delivery address other than the product delivery address, you will receive the invoice by e-mail or a separate letter in the mail.
