Minced beef for burgers is formed as a mix of chuck, brisket and shoulder, flavored with salt and pepper. The burgers are delivered frozen. In the production process, immediately after obtaining the minced beef, burger meatballs enter a fast freezing process that ensures the preservation of all its properties, due to the freezing speed and extremely low temperature. The beef passes through the freezing tunnel in 24 hours, at a temperature between -32°C and -36°C and will then be stored at a constant temperature of -18°C.
Burgers can be grilled or pan-fried. Keep them on high heat for the first 2-3 minutes on each side, to form that thick crust needed to retain the internal juices inside the meatball. These juices together with the fat content will give the meatballs juiciness and flavour.
The burgers are frozen and vacuum packed. The weight for each piece is approximate and can vary by +/- 5% but in total, the package will weigh at least 3 kg. The packages will be delivered in cardboard boxes and the transport temperature will be ensured by returnable refrigerated boxes.
