FROZEN PACK is the right package for when you want to take an ace up your sleeve (or out of the freezer in this case). As the beef is already frozen at the time of delivery, you can plan the menu for a longer period of time, without worrying about it. You choose the right piece for the desired recipe and you put the rest aside for other tasty and healthy meals. It will help you when you no longer know what to prepare easily and suitable for the whole family. It includes osso bucco (recommended for soups / soups), chuck, shoulder and minced beef ( for stuffed cabbage / meatballs / stuffed peppers, etc.)
The osso bucco is the cut extracted from the lower part of the leg, respectively the shank area. The cuts are sliced and contain the part of the tubular bone, including the marrow, which by cooking gives the beef an intense taste, much different from the taste of all other cuts. The fibre texture is very dense with a low-fat content, which is why osso bucco is suitable for long cooking on low heat; it can be used for preparing tasty beef soups and broths, as well as the Italian dish osso bucco.
The chuck is next to the ribeye, in the neck area and has a high level of marbling, moderate tenderness and an intense beef taste. It is a more advantageous alternative to the ribeye. It is a delicate and delicious cut that is suited for grilling, but also for pan-searing or oven-roasting at a low temperature for a longer period of time.
Located around the scapula and shoulder bone, the shoulder has a well-balanced proportion of meat and fat, with an intense and aromatic taste. Alongside brisket, it can be an interesting mix for burgers; it is often used for goulash and stews.
The minced beef is a mix of chuck, brisket and shoulder. It is delivered frozen. In the production process, immediately after obtaining the minced beef, it enters a fast freezing process that ensures the preservation of all its properties, due to the freezing speed and extremely low temperature. The beef passes through the freezing tunnel in 24 hours, at a temperature between -32°C and -36°C and will then be stored at a constant temperature of -18°C.
All cuts in this package are frozen. The weight for each piece is approximate and can vary by +/- 5% but in total, the package will weigh at least 4 kg. The packages will be delivered in cardboard boxes, and the transport temperature will be ensured by returnable refrigerated boxes.
