T-BONE ANGUS STEAK ON THE GRILL

➤ Ingredients:
– 2 pieces T-bone Angus steak (approx. 800g)
– 2 cloves garlic
– 1 tsp chilli flakes
– 2 tbsp sea salt
– 2 tablespoons black pepper
– 3 untreated lemons
– 3 tablespoons olive oil
– a little dry Sherry wine

➤ How to prepare Grilled T-bone steak:
Peel and finely chop the garlic, then mix with the lemon zest, chilli pepper, sea salt, pepper and olive oil.
The beef is basted with this marinating sauce, then left in the fridge for three hours to soak up the flavour of the spices.
Prepare the grill and brown the T-bone steaks on it for six minutes on each side. Add a little more sea salt and leave to cool.
Finally the steaks are cut into slices about 1 cm thick and placed on plates, then sprinkled with a little dry Sherry wine.
A simple recipe in a few words for a flavorful and delicious steak!
Boiled corn can be used as garnish.
