➤ Ingredients:
• 1 kg porterhouse steaks
• 6 tablespoons of olive oil
• 4 rosemary branches
• 4 garlic cloves
• 2 teaspoons of black pepper
• 2 teaspoons of salt (Fleur de Sel)
• 1 teaspoon of fresh oregano

 

➤ Preparation mode:
Coat the steak with olive oil and put it aside while you mix the garlic with oregano, salt and pepper. Rub the steak meat, on both sides, with this condiment mix and place the rosemary branches on top. Let everything to marinate for 12 hours.
Heat up a frying pan and then cook the steak on both sides, for about seven minutes. Let the steak rest in the oven, at a temperature of 80°C, for about 15min. After that, cut it into small pieces – 2 cm thick and serve it.

 

➤ Tip:
Potatoes with rosemary can be used as a garnish.
