
TENDER ANGUS RIBS PREPARED IN BARBECUE

Cooking time: 2 hours
➤ Ingredients:
Angus beef ribs 1800 g
For the marinade:
½ cup red wine
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
2-3 garlic cloves
1 tsp dried thyme
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
optional your favorite barbecue sauce
➤ Preparation method:
Mix marinade ingredients in a medium bowl. Place the ribs in a non-metallic baking tray and pour the marinade over the ribs so that it covers them well.
Cover everything with cling film and refrigerate for 2 to 6 hours.
Preheat the oven to 120°C and prepare for indirect baking. Remove the ribs from the marinade and place in the hot oven. Keep the ribs on the grill for 1 – 1 ½ hours, turning every 15 minutes.
As soon as the ribs have reached an internal temperature of 74°C, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a while. Check the internal temperature at several ribs to make sure everything has reached the right temperature.
