
PICANHA STEAK WITH ROSEMARY

➤ Ingredient:
3 pieces of Angus beef picanha – approx. 200 gr
100 gr butter
1 sprig rosemary
salt and pepper
➤ How to prepare Angus picanha with rosemary:
Fry the picanha pieces for 3 minutes on each side (add a sprig of rosemary to the pan), then season with salt and pepper. Place on a plate, brush with a little butter and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
Serve with whatever garnish you prefer.
