
GREEK ANGUS BURGER
➤ Ingredients (for 6 servings):
1 kg Angus beef for burger
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
6 buns
4 tablespoons melted butter
6 slices red onion
6 slices tomatoes
Lettuce leaves / arugula
½ cup olive paste
Salt and pepper
➤ How to prepare the Angus Greek burger:
Form burger meatballs, and place on hot grill (after being greased with a little oil). After 3-4 minutes (depending on the thickness of the slices) the beef burger can be flipped. Before reaching desired doneness, add feta cheese as a topping.
Grease buns with butter and place on grill to brown.
To assemble the burger, add the topped meat on the first half of the bun, then onion rounds, tomato and a few lettuce or arugula leaves. Brush the top half of the bun with olive paste, then close the burger.
