
ANGUS RIBS
IN THE OVEN
➤ Ingredients:
1.5 beef ribs
1 onion red
5 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of pepper grains
1 bay leaf
1 beer [500 ml]
1 glass of water
1 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worchester sauce
1 teaspoon chili gem
2 chopped peppers
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 piece of small ginger
salt
➤ Preparation mode:
Clean the onions and the garlic and cut them into large pieces. In a mixture of beer with water, boil the meat alog the onion, garlic, pepper, bay leaf and salt. After the meat is done, move it into a tray and pour over it the sauce that you’ve prepared from all the remaining ingredients (honey, soy sauce, Worcester Sauce, sweet pepper, pepper, olive oil, ginger and salt).
When the ribs are browned, you can remove the tray out of the oven and serve this tasty meal.
➤ Tip:
Use the sauce in which the meat has boiled. Blend it until it becomes uniform and pour it over the preferred garnish (pasta or potatoes).
