RUMPSTEAK
WITH GARLIC

➤ Ingredients:
4 Rumpsteaks approx. 200 g
1 garlic head
2 tablespoons olive oil
100 g butter at room temperature
1 spoonful of thyme
1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary
Salt, pepper, sugar

➤ Preparation mode:
Mix the garlic and peel with olive oil, then wrap them in an aluminum foil and leave for 40 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 160 degrees Celsius. After the garlic becomes soft, remove it from the shell, mixed it with butter, thyme and rosemary.

Put all this ingredients in a blender and mixed until a butter is obtained. After this put salt and pepper.

Rumpsteaks are seasoned with salt, pepper and a little sugar, then roasted for three minutes on each side. Put the steak on plate anoint with the garlic butter, then serve immediately.

➤ Tip:
As a garnish you can use assorted salad with garlic croutons
