ANGUS RIB EYE WITH
ROASTED VEGETABLES (VIDEO)
➤ Ingredients:
Angus Rib eye (with bone)
1 chilli pepper
1 bell peppers
4-5 cherry tomatoes
5 pcs. asparagus
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
➤ Preparation:
Remove the beef from the fridge before cooking and leave at room temperature for the fibres to relax. Place the beef on the hot grill and leave for about 3-4 minutes on each side until it is cooked. Remove from the grill and leave for 10 minutes to rest. It can be sliced and served only afterwards.
➤ Garnish:
Hot pepper, pepper and tomatoes are roasted in a pan. When they are ready, roast the asparagus with a drop of olive oil, salt and pepper on the grill pan and leave until they get those grid strips and soften a little.
