Description:
The classic red Sriracha, made from just six ingredients: chili peppers, garlic, salt (both rock salt and smoked Maldon), sugar, vinegar (rice and white wine), and fish sauce. Sweet, tangy, richly aromatic, and just the right level of heat. Perfect with bread, cheese, eggs, potatoes, stir-fries, veggies, or grilled meat. It also makes a great base for other sauces — try it in a mayo with onion or garlic.
