RUMPSTEAK WITH FRENCH FRIES

Rumpsteak with melting potatoes in grease and garlic and green salad with vinaigrette dressing.

➤ Ingredients:
260 gr Rumpsteaks
230 gr new potatoes
100 gr grease
15 gr garlic
100 gr lettuce
20 ml olive oil
20 ml water
10 g dijon mustard
5 ml vinegar
10 ml sunflower oil
salt
pepper

➤ Preparation method:
Cut the potatoes in half, season with salt and pepper and add to the hot pan with the grease and garlic. Simmer for 25-30 minutes.

When the potatoes are almost done, season the meat with salt and pepper and place in the grill pan for about 3 minutes on each side. After the meat is done, let it rest.

For the vinaigrette dressing, blend the oil, water, mustard and vinegar on high speed. This mix is tossed with the chopped lettuce.
