PICANHA STEAK WITH POTATOES IN LARD AND GARLIC

Angus Beef Picanha is a tender, perfect for an easy meal. And when it’s garnished with potatoes and salad, it’s the perfect ingredient for a tasty and filling meal.

➤ Ingredients:
260g Angus beef picanha
230g potatoes
100 g bacon
15 g garlic
100g green salad
20ml olive oil
20ml water
10g Dijon mustard
5 ml vinegar
10 ml sunflower oil
10 g salt
2 g pepper

➤ Preparation method:
Cut the potatoes in half and season them, add the lard and garlic to the pan and leave on a low heat for 25-30 minutes.
Season the meat with salt and pepper beforehand, then place in the grill pan for about 3min on each side.
Oil, water, mustard and vinegar are passed 1 min on high speed to make vinaigrette dressing which is then mixed with chopped greens salad.
