
GRILLED ANGUS DIAPHRAGM
Beef diaphragm is a nutritious, fibrous, lean and flavourful beef, just right for a delicious culinary feast!
➤Ingredients:
Beef Diaphragm
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Rosemary
Thyme
➤ Preparation method:
Remove beef to room temperature before cooking.
Pat dry with a paper towel, brush with olive oil on both sides and season with salt and pepper.
In the meantime, heat the grill very well to 250 degrees Celsius.
Grill for about 2/2.5 minutes on each side to achieve medium rare.
After cooking, season to taste and leave to rest for 3-5 minutes.
Slice against the grain, then mix with the juices left from the beef and serve with any garnish you like.
