BURGER

When you decide to make a burger at home, the ingredients used are the most important.

Ingredients:
-Burger buns
-Premium Angus burger
-ketchup
-leaf lettuce
-cheese crumbles (cheese or burger cheese)
-sauce made with 25% fat sour cream, mustard, brown sugar and salt
-40 g butter
-optional – kaiser slices, red onion slices

Method of preparation:
In a bowl mix the cream with 25% fat, a little mustard, salt and sugar.

Bring the burger to room temperature at least 30 minutes before cooking.

The burger patty can be cooked to your preference in the airfryer, on the grill or in the frying pan. Add a little butter to the meatballs and cook for about 6 minutes on each side over medium heat. The cooking time is not exact, it depends on the strength of the flame and the thickness of the pan.

Place a slice of cheese on top of each burger and place a lid over the pan to melt the cheese.

It is very important to let the burger “rest” for 8-10 minutes before serving.

 

With all the ingredients ready, assemble the burger as follows:
-Cut the buns in half.
-Grease the base with ketchup and place a lettuce leaf. Place a burger patty on top, then a spoonful of the sour cream sauce.
-Top with a slice of tomato and optional slices of browned Kaiser and slices of red onion.
-Place the other half of the bun on top.
