
BURGER WITH COLESLAW SALAD
& TZATZIKI SAUCE (VIDEO)
➤ Ingredients:
2 Premium Angus burgers
2 buns for burgers
500 g (about ¼) white cabbage
500 g (about ¼) red cabbage
1 apple
1 yolk
1 teaspoon mustard
3 teaspoons of cream
50 ml of oil
Salt and pepper
2 teaspoons of mayonnaise
3 teaspoons of cream
1 raw cucumber
1 clove of garlic grated
➤ Preparation:
The Angus Burger, previously brought to room temperature, is kept on the grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. Cut the buns of burger in two and brown them a little. Spread
Tzatziki sauce on the flat surfaces of the bun halves. Put between the bun halves the burgers and the Coleslaw salad.
For the Coleslaw salad, grate the apple and the two kinds of cabbage on the fine grater. Add a dressing made of yolk with mustard, cream, oil, salt and pepper and stir until all are incorporated.
For the Tzatziki sauce, grate the cucumbers and garlic finely, add the mayonnaise, sour cream and mix the composition.
