
TOMAHAWK ANGUS STUFFED WITH CHEESE
Here’s a suggestion for preparing a Tomahawk Angus piece that will manage to impress, but most importantly, isn’t complicated to make.
➤ Ingredients:
Tomahawk Premium Angus
Butter
Feta cheese
Gorgonzola cheese
Raclette cheese
A few spinach leaves
Ham/ bacon
Potatoes
➤ Method of preparation:
It takes a Tomahawk, necessarily of quality.
Unfold the butterfly preparation and fill the meat with feta cheese, gorgonzola cheese, spinach and ham/ bacon. The filling can be different according to preference.
Place in a pan with heated butter, as in the video below.
Next we put the preparation in the oven for 7 minutes at 280 degrees with ventilation.During this time start roasting the potatoes, previously thinly sliced, for the garnish.
After removing the meat from the oven, let it rest and you can leave the heat on for a few minutes while you melt some raclette cheese. When it reaches the consistency of pudding, pour it over the tomahawk!
