OVEN ROASTED TOP SIDE

➤Ingredients:

1 kg Top Side (beef cut)
3 tablespoons Olive oil
1 cup Water
3 cubes Butter
75 ml Wine
Seasonings: salt, pepper, herbs, garlic to taste

➤ Preparation:

Put olive oil, water, and spices in the baking tray.
Press the Premium Angus beef, place it in the tray, and sprinkle the spices over it (salt, pepper, garlic, and a mix of herbs). You can also add a bit of wine.
Place aluminum foil over it and put the tray in the oven.
After it’s cooked, you can take it out to add a little butter on top – it will melt and enhance the flavor of the Premium Angus beef even more.

Now, the Premium Angus beef is ready to be served.
