ANGUS BEEF STEAK WITH POTATOES
AND CHIMICHURRI SAUCE

➤Ingredients:
4 pieces Ribeye steak
1 kg potatoes
salt, pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
2 teaspoons granulated garlic
2 teaspoons dried parsley

For the Chimichurri sauce:
2 sprigs parsley
2 green onions
2 sprigs green garlic
2 cloves garlic
1/2 lime
1 chilli pepper
olive oil (approx. 60 ml)
salt and pepper

➤ Preparation method:
Slice the Ribeye beef into 2 cm thick slices. Season with salt and pepper and brush with olive oil.
For the chimichurri sauce, chop the parsley, green onion, garlic and chilli pepper. Add all the ingredients to a chopper and blend to a fine paste.
Cut the potatoes into cubes, season and cook in the oven.
Finally fry the Ribeye steak in a well heated frying pan with 2 tbsp oil for 2,5 minutes on each side.
