Usage:
You can use this spice blend for preparing any kind of grilled meat. Fuchs Recipe: You will need: 1.5 kg boneless pork chops, 20 g of this seasoning, fat (oil or lard). Portion the meat and season only one side. Grease the grill and place the meat first with the unseasoned side down on the grill. Recommended Dosage: 20 g / 1.5 kg meat

Ingredients:
MUSTARD flour, thyme, breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, water, salt, spices, yeast), salt 12%, sweet paprika, white pepper, allspice, coriander, cumin. May contain traces of: eggs, milk, celery, mustard, sesame.
