PAN-FRIED OR GRILLED BEEF SIRLOIN
➤Ingredients:
slices of beef sirloin
olive oil
salt
pepper
➤ Preparation mode:
Beef sirloin is a tender meat that cooks quickly, at the minute. The meat must be well dried before roasting. Then brush with a little olive oil and place in a casserole dish on the work surface. It should be left for 30 minutes at room temperature. The meat can be seasoned with salt and pepper just before grilling.
Heat the pan until smoking, then place the slices of meat with space between them. Cook over high heat so that they become browned, not steamed.
