600g Angus trimmings

100 ml cooking oil

2 finely chopped onions

2 finely chopped garlic cloves

400ml brown sauce

Snail-shaped pasta

Minced parsley

Grated Parmesan (or any other type of hard cheese) 150g

Salt and pepper



 Preparation mode pasta with Angus ground beef:

Heat a little oil in a saucepan and fry the ground beef until nicely browned, add the finely chopped onion and garlic and brown until translucent. Then pour the brown sauce and let stew for 45 minutes.


Make sure that enough sauce remains, because you will need it later for pasta, because they absorb a lot of sauce. Season richly with salt and pepper, because the pasta will be added to the meat. Bring to a boil salted water with the remaining oil, boil the pasta for 8 minutes and drain very well.


Combine the pasta with the ground beef stewed in sauce, mix them thoroughly. Pour the remaining sauce and bring everything to a boil again and add salt and pepper, if needed. Season with grated cheese and parsley. You can serve this dish with stewed apples.
