Often, the difference between these methods of preparing beef is small, coming down to details. However, these details can make the difference between success and failure. The order of ingredients and actions, the right cooking time, the recommended level of doneness – all of these factors influence the final result and the taste of the specialties. Although it doesn’t require a high level of culinary expertise, there are still some basic tips that we recommend following.
