The short production chain guarantees complete traceability of each product. From feed production and animal rearing to slaughter and processing, every stage is carefully monitored and documented. This not only ensures superior quality but also complete transparency for consumers who can easily track the origin and production process of the products they purchase.

Managing our own slaughterhouse and internal cutting unit allows for customization of orders for HoReCa partners, offering cuts from the most well-known and appreciated to special cuts for extravagant menus.
