Cattle are raised in a sustainable and sustainable way, based on an integrated system
which is based on a responsible way of action, both out of respect for the final product
but also for the natural environment in which we operate.
This natural method of breeding is the largest part of the growing cycle and is optimal for both animal and pasture health. Thus, a very good meat production is achieved, in a natural way, with a minimum of additional food.
Throughout the year the cattle are kept on pasture with the possibility to graze grass, clover and alfalfa according to the body’s needs. During the winter months, their feeding is done with naturally obtained feed and supplements from various silos.

As they graze, the cattle do most of the work of fertilizing the soil, spreading nutrients for the next grass harvest.
The quality of beef is also a result of the whole beef treatment system. Thus raised in a low stress environment, the cattle remain calmer, therefore they are easier to handle, and as a result we obtain a final product with a much better quality.
