Chuck roll/ Chuck eye roll

It is the biggest cut from the shoulder clod. It can be divided into several cuts by removing connective tissue. It has a well-balanced proportion of meat and fat. It has a moderate degree of fat. This cut has an intense and aromatic taste. Also, together with the brisket, it can be an interesting mixture for the burger. It is often used for goulash and beef stews.
