At the request of beef lovers, a new Angus piece can be found in the premium mini package – Bistecca Fiorentina. Derived from T-bone, it is cut thicker, favoring the rare or medium rare cooking but at the same time the formation of a suitable crust on the outside. In addition to this, the boneless antricot and the chiulota can also be found in the mix. Two pieces already known and highly appreciated.

The weights for each piece are approximate and can vary by +/- 5% but in total the package will weigh at least 3 kg. The packages will be delivered in cardboard boxes and the transport temperature will be ensured by returnable refrigerated boxes.
