Dry-ager refrigerators are the ideal solution for dry-aging beef, pork, ham, sausages. No water connection is required and the humidity level is controlled thanks to the HUMICONTROL® system. A perfect control of the microclimate loses a minimum amount of meat weight, between 7 and 8% up to 4 weeks of maturation. The excellent air quality is due to the DX AIRREG® active filter for optimal air diffusion and the UVC sterilization system.
