FRIED ANGUS
RUMP-STEAK

Ingredients:
2 pieces of Angus Rump-Steak
5-6 teaspoons of butter
Salt and pepper

 

➤ Preparation mode:
Remove the meat from the fridge with approx. 2 hours before cooking and leave it at room temperature for the fibers to relax. Heat the pan, add the butter, let it melt and then place the Rump-Steak slices.  After one minute of frying, turn the meat with a spatula and let it cook again. For the slices to be uniformly cooked and the juices to be stored in the middle of the meat, repeat the process from minute to minute until it reaches the desired roasting degree, taking into account the thickness at which the slices are cut. Once the meat is cooked, season with it with salt and pepper, put it in an aluminum foil and leave it for five minutes until the flavors are evenly distributed. Only then, after this preparation is ready, the meat can be served.

Vegetables in the oven with olive oil.
