4 T-Bone Steaks, approx. 3 cm thick
4 tablespoons of garlic powder
4 tablespoons of onion powder
2 tablespoons black pepper, ground
2 teaspoons of salt
1 tablespoon of sweet paprika
1 tablespoon brown sugar
4 tablespoons rapeseed/ olive oil
➤ Preparation mode:
Mix all spices thoroughly, then rub the T-Bone steaks with this mix, on both sides and leave them marinate for two hours. Put the oil into the pan (roasting pan) and let it heap up, then fry the steaks on each side for five minutes. When done, take the steaks out, put them into an aluminum foil and let them rest for five minutes.
You can serve the steak aside baked potatoes with melted cheese and greenery.
