ANGUS RUMP STEAK & POTATOES
WITH ROSEMARY (VIDEO)
2 pieces of Premium Angus rump steak
1 rosemary twig
10-15 pieces of potatoes
2-3 cloves of garlic crushed
Salt and pepper
In a skillet, add a little olive oil and roast the pieces of beef for 2 minutes on each side. Turn them on both sides twice. After the beef is ready, add a cube of butter with rosemary and let it melt over the beef.
Before removing it from the pan, each piece of beef is lifted using a spatula for a few seconds, so that the edge of the beef slice is roasted. The Beef is let to rest for 10 minutes; afterwards it is sliced against the fibres.
In a pot boil 10-15 potatoes in the shell. After they are cooked, move them into a skillet in which some olive oil has been preheated. In the pan add also a cube of butter, a rosemary twig and two crushed garlic cloves. Once the potatoes have browned, remove the garlic and rosemary and then place the potatoes on the plate, next to the Premium Angus rump steak.
