ANGUS BURGER WITH
SMOKED BACON (VIDEO)
4 Angus burgers
100 g butter
4 slices of Cheddar cheese
4 slices of smoked bacon
4 sheets of salad
3 pickled cucumbers
4 buns of burger
Remove the cold burgers from the fridge before cooking and leave for a few minutes at room temperature. In the meantime, prepare the grill, preferably with wooden embers, but a good hot grill pan is also good, in the absence of a grill.
Cut the buns in two equal parts horizontally; remove the crackling on the edge of the bacon slices. Place the bacon slices on the hot grill to lightly roast on both sides and half the buns only on the flat surface. Sprinkle the burgers with a little bit of oil and put them on the hot barbecue; at least 2 minutes on each side do not move them, in order to make crust. Burgers must be lightly cooked in blood or medium-rare to remain succulent.
When everything is still warm, put a layer of butter between the halves of the buns and add the salad, the burger, the Cheddar slices and the bacon, a slice of tomato and cucumber slices. Good appetite!
