BEEF STIR-FRY
WITH SWEET POTATO MASH

Ingredients:
500g Angus rump steak
1 tablespoon olive oil
60g butter
1 clove garlic
Sprigs of rosemary
Salt & pepper

 

Angus Beef Sirloin Preparation:

Heat the pan well, add a tablespoon of oil, garlic, rosemary, and the meat. Cook the meat for 2 minutes on one side and 2 on the other, adding butter during the process.

Transfer to a dish, cover with a lid, and let it rest for approximately 10 minutes before serving.

Meanwhile, prepare the side dish.

Boil the vegetables, drain them, and blend them with sour cream, butter, and spices.

A quick and delicious dish.
