GRILLED FLANK STEAK WITH VEGETABLES

➤Ingredients:

Beef 2 kg
Pickled hot peppers
Garlic 3 cloves
Salt
Pepper
Rosemary
Soy sauce 75 ml
Oil 100 g

For the garnish, we need:

Zucchini
Eggplant
Bell pepper
Onion
Butter
Dill

➤ Preparation:

Cut the meat into thick pieces, about 2 cm in thickness, and leave the fat on. When grilled, the fat will melt, making the meat delicious.

Prepare the marinade: in a bowl, combine pickled hot peppers, garlic, salt, rosemary, soy sauce, and oil. Blend the mixture, then pour it over the meat. Let the meat marinate for 3-4 hours.

Wash the vegetables and place them in a dish. Brush them with the remaining marinade from the meat. Mix butter with dill, salt, and pepper. Cut the eggplant in half, brush it with butter, and grill it.

Preheat the grill, place the meat on it, and grill it carefully—avoid overcooking to prevent dryness.

Remove the meat from the grill, wrap it in lavash, and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. After resting, the meat is delicious and melts in your mouth, and the vegetables are also tasty.
