ANGUS BURGER WITH
WEDGES POTATOES (VIDEO)

Ingredients:

2 Premium Angus beef burgers

2 burger buns

2 slices of Cheddar cheese

1 sliced tomato

1 sliced red onion

2-3 pickled cucumbers

 

½ kg potatoes, cut into quarters lengthwise

2 tablespoons olive oil

2-3 tablespoons cornmeal

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper

 

Premium Angus beef burger preparation:

Season the quartered potatoes with olive oil, cornmeal, salt, pepper, and paprika, place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake in the oven at 200°C for approximately 25-30 minutes.

 

Grill the Premium Angus burgers for 2-3 minutes on each side. Before removing them from the heat, place a slice of Cheddar on each one. Cut the burger buns in half and quickly toast them before placing the meat on them.

 

Assemble the beef burger and Cheddar cheese slice between the halved burger buns, adding a slice of tomato, onion rings, and pickles. Serve the burgers with potatoes.
